OCTOBER 26 | Pig Pickin’

Location: Bennet Farm
Timing: 5-8pm
Redeemer Leader: Andrew Gross (Deacons)
Needs: Meal servers, greeters, decorations, party details + setup with deacons, collaboration with deacons on event overview

VOLUNTEER lEADS:

DECEMBER 1 - 7 | Christmas Decorations

Location: Sanctuary + Lobby
Redeemer Staff: Chett Bennet (Building Supervisor) / Gracie Pilkenton
Needs: Decorate for Christmas season with existing decor stored behind sanctuary. Purchase new items as needed and coordinate with building supervisor for setup needs.

VOLUNTEER LEADS:

Needs: Ideate ways to connect people during the Christmas Season. Elizabeth Miller suggested a Christmas Tea with older/younger women.

DECEMBER 15 | Lessons + Carols Fellowship Time

Location: Lower Warehouse or Parking Lot
Timing: 5-6:30pm
Redeemer Staff: Gracie Pilkenton
Needs: Ideate + setup fellowship time before service, decorations, collaborate with deacon lead for service, recruit volunteers

VOLUNTEER LEADS:

JANUARY SUNDAY TBD // New Member Welcome

Needs: Ideate ways on x2 Sundays per year of recognizing new members and giving the church + elders an opportunity to welcome and meet members more warmly! Typically one Sunday in January and one Sunday in June.

APRIL 18 | Good Friday Service

Timing: TBD, Service 6-7pm
Redeemer Staff: Todd Lowery + Matt Siple
Needs: Ideate + setup potential fellowship time before/after service, decorations, collaborate with deacon lead for service
